I would re-download it using the link in the megathread to WiiU Downloader (the replacement for USB helper). When you download it using that program, you can check a box at the bottom that says "download and decrypt." That will give you 3 folders once decrypted. You put those 3 folders into Cemu. No need to use CDecrypt at all.
