Estoc dark souls.
My guess is that the tracking somehow favors stabby weapons in laggy conditions, this doesn't apply just to Estoc but Rapier too. I'm getting nicked by katana hits that are nowhere near me all the time, doesn't matter what weapon it is. Yeah, it's not as bad as it was in vanilla Dark Souls 2 at least. The lag isn't that bad.
Dark souls 1 in particular queues up every action. By doing a parry before a backstab you can sort of break out of the queue and move about freely as the other player is stuck in the animation. The fucking estoc just has rediculous range, coupled with the lag it's increadibly hard to outrage it, and only few weapons actually can in theory anyways. Edit: Not to mention that setup parries rarely work against estoc, it's just total bullshit. The estoc moveset, while less predictable than the other thrusting swords, still only contains thrusts and exactly one slash, making it extremely predictable.
