Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera,

pada 14 November yang akan datang, pihak MGSS akan menganjurkan Ekspedisi Bühlertal. Program ini bertempat di Bühlertal, Bühl, Baden-Württemberg.

 

Berikut adalah maklumat mengenai ekspedisi:

 

Tarikh: 14 November 2015

Bayaran masuk: Percuma

Pengangkutan dan makanan: Makanan tengah hari disediakan! Pengangkutan tidak disediakan

Kelengkapan wajib: 2 botol air (lebih kurang 1,5 liter)

 

Jadi kepada sesiapa yang berminat untuk menyertai ekspedisi ini boleh pergi ke link di bawah untuk mendaftar.

Semesteranfang-Event & Awal Muharram

Assalamu'alaikum wbt.

‘Semesteranfang Event’ merupakan satu acara lazim di Jerman untuk semua pelajar kembali bertemu setelah lebih sebulan bercuti semester agar dapat memulakan semester baru dengan lebih bersemangat. Manakala peristiwa awal Muharram merupakan satu tarikh yang tidak asing lagi bagi semua muslim sebagai tanda permulaan tahun baru Hijrah.

 

AZIM, MGSS dan Marakumpel ingin mengambil peluang ini menjemput semua warga Malaysia di Jerman khususnya pelajar untuk sama-sama meraikan kedua-dua acara ini. Selain daripada jamuan, sesi sharing juga akan diadakan bersama speaker jemputan istimewa. Jumpa nanti di sana!

Sambutan Aidilfitri Konsulat Jeneral Malaysia Frankfurt 2015

 

 

Assalamualaikum dan Salam Sejahtera

 

Seperti lazimnya, Sambutan Hari Raya Aidilfitri akan dianjurkan oleh Konsulat Jeneral Malaysia, Frankfurt pada hari raya pertama. Para pelajar turut dijemput bersama-sama meraikan sambutan ini. Butiran sambutan adalah seperti berikut:

 

            Tarikh                                     : 17 Julai 2015 (Jumaat)

            Tempat                                   : Konsulat Jeneral Malaysia, Frankfurt

            Masa / Tentatif Porgram      :  8.30 pagi – Solat Sunat Aidilfitri

                                                                9.30 pagi – Jamuan

            Pakaian                                  : Baju Melayu / Baju Kurung

 

 

Sehubungan itu, dipohon kepada pelajar yang akan hadir untuk memberikan pengesahan melalui link di bawah selewat-lewatnya pada 5 Julai 2015 (Ahad), jam 9.00 pagi.

 

Pengesahan kehadiran diperlukan bagi tujuan penyediaan juadah untuk mengelakkan kekurangan atau pembaziran makanan.

 

Kebanyakan daripada pelajar Malaysia di Jerman telah mendapat emel daripada Cik Noramirah sendiri mengenai majlis ini. Jadi, oleh itu semua pelajar juga dipohon untuk menyebarkan berita mengenai sambutan ini kepada pelajar-pelajar tajaan selain JPA seperti MARA, Yayasan Terengganu, Yayasan TNB, Persendirian dan lain-lain.

Borang Soal Selidik Muslim Care

 

 

Assalamualaikum dan salam sejahtera

Hasil daripada perbincangan dua hala antara pihak MGSS dan juga Muslim Care Eropah, satu program kerjasama antara kedua-dua entiti telah dirancang untuk diadakan pada musim sejuk ini.

Program tersebut akan bertemakan program amal dan matlamat utamanya adalah untuk membantu golongan-golongan yang memerlukan.

Sehubungan dengan itu pihak MGSS juga amat berbesar hati untuk berganding bahu bersama pihak Muslim Care bagi menjayakan program ini pada waktu yang sama program sukan musim sejuk yang akan datang. Kerjasama ini amat baik kerana di samping dapat beriadah, kita juga sedikit sebanyak dapat beramal.

Jadi bagi mempermudahkan lagi perancangan dengan lebih teliti dapat dilakukan, pada pautan di bawah terdapat borang kaji selidik berkenaan program ini. Jadi semua pelajar Malaysia di Jerman terutamanya dimohon untuk memberi input pada borang kaji selidik tersebut. Segalanya kami dahului dengan ucapan ribuan terima kasih.

Note!

  1. All participants will have to be ready at least 10 minutes before the start of each game.
  2. Runner for each game will update any news regarding the plan of the game to all participants.
  3. Any games which are not able to finish on Saturday will be postponed to the next day.
  4. Any players who are playing two or more games, kindly report to our runner so that a new arrangement can be made.

 

 

 

Attention!!!

Please be noted that the deadline for the registration is this Saturday, 23rd of May 2015!

*Due to logistical and and organizational measure on behalf of the organizers, for the sports events with no registered participants by 7.00 P.M. Thursday, 21st of May 2015, the organizers would be most likely not able to award the winners with medals. Hampers would be awarded instead. So, please register early! This concerns the sports events with no responses for registration yet (e.g. Futsal Women, Ping Pong, Touch Rugby).

 

 

 

 

 

TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES

Rules and Regulations

 

FOOTBALL

  1. Each team will play 9-Side for every match.
  2. Each game will be played 15 minutes for each half with 2 minutes break in between.(15-2-15)
  3. One player can only play for one team for this whole tournament.
  4. Each team needs to provide at least one of their members to be referee during this match.
  5. Each player will play in the grouping stage first and the top 2 teams for each group will be selected to go to the next round.
  6. Substitution of player can be done as many times as possible.
  7. Each team is required to be ready at least 10 minutes before the kick-off of each match.
  8. Any team or members who failed to follow the rules and regulations may be disqualified.

 

 

BADMINTON

  1. Each game will be played until 30 points, after a player first scored 15 points, then change side of court.
  2. Only 2 shuttlecocks will be provided for each game.
  3. Referees are not provided; hence the player should report their scores to the runner after the game.
  4. Any other equipment will not be provided.
  5. Each team needs to provide at least one of their members to be referee during this match.
  6. Each player will play in the group stage first and the top 2 players/teams for each group will go to the next round.
  7. Each player will be required to be ready at least 10 minutes before the game starts.
  8. 21 points-system will be used in the semi-final and final.

 

 

VOLLEYBALL

  1. Each team consists of 6 players for a match.
  2. Each team needs to provide a referee during the match.
  3. A game consists of 21 points for each set.
  4. Each player will play in the group stage first and the top 2 teams for each group will go to the next round.
  5. Each team will be required to be ready at least 10 minutes before their match.

 

 

PING PONG

  1. Each team needs to provide a referee during the match.
  2. Each player needs to provide his or her ping pong bat for this tournament.
  3. A game consists of 11 points and the winner is determined by best 2 of 3 rounds of a match.
  4. Each player is required to be ready at least 10 minutes before the game starts.
  5. Each player will play in group-stage first and top 2 for each group will be selected to go to the next round.
  6. Ping pong balls will be provided.

 

 

TOUCH RUGBY

  1. Each team consists of 7 players and 3 substitute players.
  2. Each match will be played for 10 minutes without 2nd half.
  3. Each team is allowed to make substitutions of players for as many as they want during the game.
  4. Each team needs to provide their own referee during this match.
  5. The game will be played in a league form, hence there is no final or semi-final for this game.
  6. No tackles allowed!
  7. During the game, each team can only be played with a maximum of 3 taps. Hence, change the side to the opponent and the tap must be done using both hands (1 hand-tap will not be counted).
  8. If a team makes a knock-on, forward pass or out, the game side will automatically change to the opponent.
  9. A 5-meter distance for each time during start kick, and start kick can only be made by one person for each game.
  10. Each team is required to be ready at least 10 minutes before the match starts.

 

 

WOMEN’S FUTSAL

  1. The rules will be explained on the day of the event.

 

 

ATTENTION!!

  1. Teams which fail to follow the rules and regulations as mentioned above will face the possibility of being disqualified.
  2. The organizers have the right to change the game schedule and rules according to the situation.
  3. Organizers will not be held responsible for any case of injuries.
